Excellent customer service

Ordered a mug that was due to be collected by Evri but the package sat at the depot awaiting collection for over a week. I contacted Magicmerc who arranged a replacement to be delivered by Royal Mail free of charge which arrived two days after I emailed customer service. Thank you for your prompt response.
