1. Delivery Policy
1.1 Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery options for online purchases:
- First Class (or equivalent): A fast, reliable delivery service, typically arriving within 1-2 working days after dispatch.
- UK Tracked (or equivalent): A fully tracked service that ensures you can monitor the progress of your delivery. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Please note: neither dispatch nor delivery times are guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, supply chain issues, strikes, or delays with couriers or delivery agents. We cannot be held liable for the service provided by any third party, including couriers and delivery agents.
For in-person sales, customers are expected to take their purchases with them at the point of sale.
YOU MUST ENSURE THAT YOU ENTER THE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT - WE DO NOT 'VALIDATE' YOUR ADDRESS, AND CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POSTAL COSTS OF ITEMS WHICH ARE RETURNED TO US DUE TO INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES.
1.2 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and size of the items being purchased and the chosen delivery method. Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
1.3 Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed and dispatched during the week (Monday to Friday). Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered processing days, and therefore, are not included in our 1-2 working day processing time. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next available working day, typically Monday.
Customers are responsible for tracking their own parcels. While tracking information is provided for orders sent via UK Tracked or equivalent services, it is not routinely monitored by our staff, unless necessary to investigate any delivery or other order issues. If you experience any issues with your tracking or delivery, please contact the relevant courier service directly or reach out to us for further assistance.
Customers are responsible for arranging any 'safe place' or 'alternative location' delivery instructions directly with the courier using their website or another method specified by the courier. These options can be accessed (where available) using the tracking number provided.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels that you requested to be delivered to a safe place or redirected, and which are marked as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen. Once goods are marked as delivered, our obligation is complete, and the rights and responsibilities for the goods (including their protection) pass to you.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays). If your order will be delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
1.4 Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. We strive to use eco-friendly packaging where possible.
1.5 Delivery Restrictions
We deliver to UK mainland addresses and selected international locations. Certain items may have restrictions on delivery due to size, weight, or local regulations.
1.6 Risk and Ownership
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have delivered them to the delivery address you provided. The risk of loss or damage to the goods remains with us until delivery, at which point it passes to you.
