How do you print your mugs?

Our mugs are always printed using the sublimation method. This means that the ink is 'infused' into the ceramic - that's why all of our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe! We do not use 'vinyl printing', which is cheaper and poor quality method, and results in the mugs being unsuitable for the dishwasher and microwave.

What are the delivery options?

Mugs are always dispatched using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service. You will receive a Royal Mail Tracking ID link when your item is dispatched. If you spend more than £25 in a single order, delivery is free of charge!
