One4all Gift Card Promotion - Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

Any customer who purchases a mug (of any design) from magicmerch.co.uk between 15th February 2025 and 30th March 2025 (inclusive) shall be eligible to be entered into the draw for the competition.

Employees of magicmerch.co.uk, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.

Entry Details:

Each customer will receive one entry per mug purchased.

Multiple entries are permitted; customers will receive one entry for each qualifying mug purchased within the promotional period.

All customers are entered automatically. Those who do not wish to enter may exclude themselves by contacting support@magicmerch.co.uk.

Competition Prize:

The competition winner will receive a £30 (thirty pounds sterling) One4all voucher.

The prize is not redeemable for a cash alternative.

There is no alternative prize.

Prize Delivery:

The voucher can be delivered to the winner either electronically or physically, solely at the discretion of the promoter (magicmerch.co.uk).

Winner Selection:

The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries after the promotional period has ended.

The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing.

Winner Notification:

The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, magicmerch.co.uk reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

General Conditions:

By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

magicmerch.co.uk reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

The decision of magicmerch.co.uk regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.

Data Protection:

Any personal data provided during the entry process will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with magicmerch.co.uk's Privacy Policy.

The competition is being promoted by magicmerch.co.uk.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, One4all.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland only.
